Overcoming The Power Of Difficult And Dangerous
by Shirley Hancen
Being human, we all have some of the traits of the difficult person. No one wants to feel inferior, so we will automatically engage our competitive and retaliatory behaviors when we feel threatened. The difference between the normal and the difficult person is that the normal person is able to recognize his or her negative traits. The difficult person does not see these traits and the dangerous person does not care.
In her new stirring book, author Shirley Hancen points out that to be able to create an attitude that cannot be penetrated by difficult people would be an answer in dealing with them.
